Anne Phung Nguyen
My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible husband JP as well as my extremely happy Dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- both highs and lows as well as all between. My parents welcomed me into America around 1990, and I was just one-and-a-half older. I wouldn't have the opportunity to share my life story today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. As I knew I could enjoy a brighter and more promising future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. I was set with a goal for my life: the college of my choice, then get a corporate job, marry, purchase an apartment and have children. I believed this was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to teach me the meaning of success. The amount of money I earned and the status of my job was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for money. I had a love for fitness and getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating this new path in life I was drawn to private training. My company was founded in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. For an Asian female in this business, there are very few of women like us. As an instructor, my aim is to inspire others to help them live a a healthy and happy life by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles tailored to the individual's preferences and requirements. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their dreams and do whatever they would like to do in their life. My mother's death in the midst of my career began to gain momentum it caused me to experience the biggest loss in my entire life. Her eight-year battle was won. fight with the disease and is now in Heaven along with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The lessons of life are usually hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. My mom's death changed my life in a variety of ways. I believe in the fact that my mom gave me a second chance to experience life thanks to her passing. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. This was the time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. I am truly aware like I'm living my life today and not just living the way that I used to be in the past. I share my life for you to ensure that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words in order to let you know that you are not alone and to be aware that you're capable of anything you can imagine. heart to. exists and that therapy is common and needed that health truly is the most valuable kind of wealth. It is my hope that you can live your the life you want to live and have you will die with no regrets as it is the only thing we have to be sure of in this world.
