Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports at the teenager age. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. InvictaFC 11 was her debut professional bout. Aspen dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing an 1st round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first bout as a Bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability defeated McGill in the first round, and she was able to end her fight in the third round via TKO (elbows as well as punches). The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen defeated Hoy and defeated her in the second round with a TKO. Invicta FC21 was her last bout in the organization. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks in a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina by pounding and grounding her before prevailing by TKO in the second round. Then, in her third fight she defeated Tonya Evinger with a more stunning victory. Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. The winner also got the reward for her performance on the night. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Lee match with Eubanks' Sijara was her first fight that she's had in a major way. Ladd, who won an unanimous decision in a great back-and forth fight with the fighters received an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight and ended her streak to win. After a break of a few seconds after which she went on to beat Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. Her most recent bout for the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 as a replacement fight. It was a loss by majority decision.
